Dear Sir.,

I bought iPhone 5C Docomo from japan. I am using this phone in India idea network by R-Sim9 Pro. I am facing onen of the major problem in my handset Every time the mobile balaced is getting reduced like "Last call cost 5 rupees" when i contact idea care they said u are sending ISD messages. But i dint sent any ISD message. Then again i contact idea care. They told me to check some of the options like
1. Turn off Ur find my iPhone
2. Switch off Dial assist mode
But even after i disabled this, still my mobile balanced is continue reducing. In a day am loosing nearly 50 rupees. So i request you to kindly help in this regard, suggestions are appreciated

As you said i was turn off my imessages and Facetime still my problem not solved and amount continued to reduced 5 rupees. So please tell me any other options to check in my iPhone

Sir., wat is xsim??. Recently i purchased R-Sim 10 and that only i using.

Yesterday i observed the problem in my Iphone that is

The SMS is going to my DOCOMO message center number (+81903101652). Even i changed my idea message number still its going. I really dunno how to handle this problem. Please help
