Every qualcomm based mobile who is updated to lollypop your mobile must
be rooted to enable dm mode.. And only after that you can reset msl..
Kitkat and lower version does't require to be rooted .. If YSR84 is
charging for cert.. He must have paid to get the cert.. Now these days
qualcomm private cert are difficult to be approached.. Krangineni
Respect your seniors before you get punished by Mods..
