Motorola xt1080 Flashing with rsd but Prob Same

i have motorola xt1080 allways show Unfortunately error imo etc many

i try to hard reset but boot up faild

than i try to flash with rsd

flash complet but after rebot rsd not responce

also whan phone restart nothing chaging same

even patten lock also in same

any solution pls share with me
